Crock-Pot 5-1/2-Quart Oval Countdown Slow Cooker, Red

I bought this slow cooker because it is a great size and has all the key elements I wanted: Timer, low/high/"keep warm" temperatures, and automatic switching from cooking to "keep warm" mode (can you believe that some don't have this feature?!!!). I generally cook for two but the size of this unit is fine for up to eight people (if they aren't too hungry).

I have another slow cooker (in another residence); its brand name is Rival. I would check the two brands out and decide between them based on price.

For the first time ever, a crockpot that is so good looking it stays on my counter year round! Cooks as expected. Does get hot on the metal, but does not burn counters or anything. The feet stay nice and cool. Love that the removable dish is black too! The keep warm is a great feature!
