I now have the whole Chef Clad set and love the way it cooks. I have been using teflon-coated for far too many years...watching the coating disappear to who know where (my stomach?)and decided to go back to the basic stainless steel fry pans. I love them....the fry crispy, quickly and somehow make the food taste better (to me anyway). The glass lids are great and the right weight. Clean well in the dishwasher. Can be used in the oven. The only problem I have is keeping the outside of the pieces from getting stained....I have yet to locate a cleaner...and I'm sure there is a remedy I can use. I would get this set over and over again. Sorry I waited so long.
