yes, its got the chantal label but if you are expecting the exceptional quality that chantal is known for this ain't it.
it even says "limited edition at a great vaule" on the box. its not the real one.
this is a rather cheaply made pan "designed by chantal and made in INDONESIA"
dont be fooled. I'm sending mine back.
chantal was a great company- i hope they decide to stay that way.

This pot is excellent my favor color for my kitchen cobalt blue I used last night to make a champurrado and was perfect I thought it will stick on the bottom of the pot but just what? Not at all I love it, buy the way I got three of them just love and how the work on my electric stove, love them more I read the others reviews and my personal opinion it's a good quality too.
