I've only seen this crock pot in action once, and it was at work. It was full of cooked ground beef for a potluck and was too hot. The food was bumping and boiling. I wanted to turn it down, but it was already on Low. There are three settings: Low, High, Off. I can only imagine how hot the High setting is.
