The first day I just washed it and boiled water, and saw rustic marks. While I'm sure that might not affect the food too much, it's not a pretty sight. Next time, definitely going for stainless steel interiors.

I order this for my daughter for Christmas, she was thrilled and used it right away.
She said it was great. And it arrived very quickly, thank you.

The pot is a little lighter than I expected, but I feel like I got what I paid for, since it was only $9.
BUT:
-I just bought the pot and used it to boil water and some baking soda, the bottom of the pot burnt and a ring appeared where the water level was. I thought this was really particular.
-The sticker on the outside of the pot left residue which I can't get off.
-Despite the thinness of the pot, it takes a really long time for the water to come to a boil and burns the pot in the process.
