I have tried to make 2 cheese dishes in the last few days (broccoli cheese soup and scalloped potatoes and chicken) and the directions instruct you to put the food on low for a certain amount of time. Upon further investigation, my husband discovered that many owners of the Rival crockpot experience the same thing. We are trashing this one and getting a slow cooker with temperature settings.
