I have owned 2-I use them 3-4x a week. you can make everything in them, their flat oblong design, makes it great for lasagne and so much more. It has a dial for temp,not just just high and low. Cleans up easily (teflon). you can braise meat on stove in it and then slow cook, or brown ground beef in it and then slow cook. This is my favorite, my mom and brother have one too.
